• All data is stored locally on your device
• No data is transmitted to any servers (I don't have any)
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• Uninstalling the app removes all data permanently

Backups

You are responsible for backing up your data. Financy provides tools to:

• Create encrypted local backups
• Export data to your preferred cloud service
• Restore from backups you've created

5 Aarohi AI Assistant

AI Capabilities

Aarohi provides financial insights and suggestions based on:

• Your transaction patterns and history
• General financial best practices
• Your stated goals and preferences

AI Processing

• All AI processing happens on your device
• No data is sent to external AI services
• Voice commands are processed locally
• Learning is personalized to your device only

• The Financy application and its source code
• The Financy brand, logo, and design elements
• Aarohi AI assistant's personality and responses
• All app content except your personal data

Your Rights

You receive a license to:

• Download and use Financy on your personal devices
• Create backups for personal use
• Export your data in provided formats

7 Disclaimers & Limitations

No Warranty

Financy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of calculations (though I strive for perfection)
• Compatibility with all devices
• Prevention of data loss

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Financy shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data due to device failure
• Financial decisions made based on app information
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

I may update these Terms to:
